Our postpartum offerings are for families seeking additional support after birth—especially those wanting a more attentive, holistic experience than is typically offered in standard OB care.Please note: Postpartum services are available up to 6 weeks and 6 days postpartum, in accordance with Virginia state midwifery laws.
Initial Postpartum Visit
90 minutes | $300
Perfect for first-time clients or those not previously seen during pregnancy. Includes:
- Full history, including birth review
- Physical exam and wellness check
- Newborn assessment and weight check
- Lactation counseling
- Lab work if needed
- Access to your visit records and client portal
Routine Postpartum Visit
45–60 minutes | $250
Ideal for those desiring continued postpartum support beyond the typical 6-week checkup. Includes:
- Review of your birth and postpartum experience
- Physical and emotional wellness check
- Newborn exam and feeding support
- Ongoing education and referrals as needed
Note: All lab work is processed through LabCorp. Clients are responsible for any associated fees billed directly by LabCorp.
Breastfeeding Support
A compassionate session to help you navigate feeding challenges, boost confidence, and feel supported in your nursing journey.
Initial session: $120 (1 hr) | Each additional hour (same session): $50
Newborn Care 101
A gentle, practical course covering the essentials of newborn care, including safe sleep, baby cues, diapering, skin care, and more.
1-hour class: $100
